I took out Budgets Home insurance and was quoted a high price which l took out. I then looked for cheaper cover thinking l had a free 14 day cooling off period as advised by the phone adviser.



I rang to cancel and was informed that there was a £35 cancellation fee as well as the few days insurance.



I was never told of the cancellation fee and their customer service advisers who are abroad were just rude and could not care a jot!



DO NOT USE BUDJET INSURANCE, THEY ARE CONS!!!
