I ordered a defrost tray, returned it for refund, received an email to inform me the item had been received but refund never materialised despite repeated emails and phone calls (which were never answered and always met with the same recorded message no matter what time of day it was rung). Had to take the matter up with my credit card company in the end, who dealt with the matter.
This company should not be trusted and should not be allowed to trade.
