“Poor Customer Services”

I waited over two weeks to receive a response to my complaint and that was only because I called up to chase. They claimed that my email had been 'put into the wrong box'. If there is a problem with an order, don't be surprised by the shoddy customer service. Don't even bother to complain (they wont respond). I will never but from them again
