“VERY CONFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE ”

Booked a flight with this company but was charged twice and took me almost 2 months to get my refund for a mistake that was not mine and they also charged me £2.60 for the service(very bad service!!).
I will never use it again. Very disappointing!!
