“Brilliant”

I called Lillian whilst travelling in the US at 2pm UK time to arrange a flower delivery same day to my best friend on her 50th birthday. I truly believe I had called a little late for same day delivery, but I was wrong. Lillian went above and beyond to deliver the flowers 30mins after my call. I had a text message from my friend expressing her thanks and I just could not believe it, my wife and I were so happy and impressed.
You're the best Lillian, thanks so much and keep up the great job that you and your team are doing, it means so much to us all. Thanks so much again!
