Endsleigh insurance took over a month to send me a cheque after i have agreed an amount with them after a claim. they kept blaming the post but i kept getting renewal letters (i.e. 8 renewal letters a month)
I eventually compalained anf they said they will do a bank transfer. i am 5 days in and there is no transfer made to me.
Staff are rude and they become hostile to you when you need them to come to your rescue after an accident.
