“Rubbish! Rubbish! Rubbish! Avoid if free!”

I took out my trade insurance with this company only to find that things were missing off the policy which we had agreed on....to keep the price down so I would go with them! it was only when the insurance was agreed and payment made that I learnt of this. I contacted them and they said that I had not agreed to include these items when clearly I did! and when they came back with the items included they were much more expensive then others...when I complained they said I could cancel but they would charge £57 admin fee...for two minutes of work!!
