“Worst ever”

Signed up to pink casino took the 10pound bouns i managed to meet the wagering requirements of 990 and won 249 went to withdraw but could only withdraw 50 as i hadnt made a deposit so i withdrew the 50.after a while i decided to deposit 10pound so i could withdraw the rest as i had met the requirements and won it.next day i decided to cancel one of my withdrawals to see if i could win more which i did at this point i had won 380 all together so requested withdrawal to be told 2days later apparently i had an account last year and claimed the free 10 which i had no idea about so they removed all the money i had won,yet i played the 10pound i deposited and won 130 off that but they refused to give me my money.stay away worst casino ever.i play on jackpotjoy alot won a few times 1 being 400pound never had any trouble withdrawing it it was in my bank next day didnt have send any personal documents in or nothing.pink casino needs shutting down
