“worst insurance company I've come across ”

I had my van insured with Ageas which was stolen.They only paid me out a fraction of what I have to pay for a replacement similar vehicle despite numourous phone calls to them. They kept on referring to their "engineers" whoever they might be seeing as there was no vehicle to look at!! Who refused to budge at the payout amount.They often come out cheapest on price comparisons don't go there.
