“Bad Customer Service”

I sent a parcel to Australia. On the second day I tried to track my item but it said item had not been collected. I contacted customer services who confirmed this, however it had definitely been collected. After three days they admitted it was on its way but gave me a tracking number that was invalid on the site so I couldn't track my parcel.. My parcel took nearly two weeks to get there and the whole of this two weeks I had no clue where it was, customer services only answered my emails to give me tracking numbers that were always invalid and you had to wait another two days for a further response. This is a faceless service, probably OK for domestic use but would not recommend for overseas. Couldn't find a telephone number to speak to anyone. I would never use these again.
