“Celtic Park at present is awe inspiring, however it...”

Written on: 17/12/2007

Good Points
The Stadium design is very unique, and the final structure has been completed to the highest of standards, which would compete with all the top arena's throughout Europe. The design also has a major impact on the electric atmosphere that can be experienced, particularly during Old Firm games and European nights. This is a quality Celtic Football Club famous for, as their fans have recieved many awards for their behaviour and their pasion for the famous game. Celtic park was also voted Britain's favourite sporting arena. The famous atmosphere is elaborated on as it has proved to be really intimidating for Europes elite ,Celtic beating the likes of AC Milan, Manchester United, Juventus and Liverpool amongst others. Overall I believe Celtic Park is a ''MUST SEE!'' and I'm certain those who do go will not be disappointed with their Celtic experience, enjoying of course the inspiring renditon of ,''You'll Never Walk Alone''.

Bad Points
The refreshment stalls provided for spectators are reasonably priced, however can be very disappointing. Also the Main Stand has not yet been developed to the high standards of the rest of the stadia, but there have been plans made over recent years to complete the famous ground, which would result indefinetly in Celtic Park being one of the finest footballing infrastructures in the world, also being one of the largest (it's already the largest club stadium in Scotland and second largest in Britain, only Old Trafford has a larger capacity). Once this building work has been completed, the capacity will have risen to an outstanding 85,000plus, probably increasing on the cauldren of noise the fans are famous for creating. Transport links at present are also poor, however due to Glasgow's successful bid to host the 2014 Commonwealth Games vital improvements are to be made over the next six years.

General Comments
Celtic Park at present is awe inspiring, however it looks like things are going to get even better in the club's future as you can see from the above!
