“Disappointed”

On Tuesday we went to the bishopric store to buy a front door that we had seen the previous weekend. It was in the clearance section for £150. The display door was above the clearance section so we looked below. Picked the door and went to the checkout. Once there we were told the door we picked was not the clearance one so back we went with a member of staff to get the correct one. We were told it was almost identical to the one we picked. The staff member then proceeded to go through the same doors we had but apparently they were all the incorrect code!!! On looking further he could not find the almost identical door and we were told it must be out of stock.

We have spent literally thousands of pounds in this shop and on returning home I checked every door b and q has and could find no other like the one we picked. I phoned next day to complain about the placing of the doors and explained the above. Customer services assured me they would look into it and get back to me.........still waiting.....Will not be spending thousands more in a store that simply doesn't care
