“Service is terrible and staff are so ill mannered.”

Have shopped in M@S in Prescot Cables Park on a number of occasions but will not do so again. On each visit it has been impossible to access goods from shelves due to staff gossiping in groups. Passageways are blocked with foodstuff waiting to be stacked and customers have to reach over to try and get their purchases. Staff are aware they are making life difficult but neither move or stop their conversations. They are so mannered. There are plenty of staff about but they just seem to please themselves. They don't appear to be managed.
On Saturday I couldn't get near the freezers for trollies laden with goods to refill and four staff members stood around gossiping. None moved although they were aware that I wanted to make a purchase.
Dreadful place. This is in sharp contrast to Tesco staff on the same site who go the extra mile for customers.
