“Kichen ”

We have just had a large kitchen extension and Optiplan in Thatcham made it a delight! It looks wonderful and there was no one pushing us too much. We were given plenty of time and someone came out and saw out old kitchen and understood completely our style and what would suit us.

The colours and all the little extras took us a time to decide and we went back several times and were always welcomed.

When we were not able to afford all the units we originally intended there was not a fuss and we were accomodated perfectly.

There was one hitch when the units were delayed due to the factory not being able to cope with so many orders. This was a real pain for us as we are teachers and had arranged to have everything finished ready for the holiday so that we could complete all the decoration etc. However there was some compensation and it meant that we went away on holiday which was not planned.

We are so grateful for an excellent product and the kitchen looks wonderful.
