“Buy elsewhere after sales terrible”

Bought a notice board for a swimming club,it arrived and when unpacked damaged , as when the notice board arrived I was away in half term (apparently you have 3 days to inform them) they will not replace. So to date I have a notice board not fit for purpose and the company refuse to send another one, they have offered to send the parts to repair ( as a good will gesture)? and still after 3 weeks nothing received. My advice is to buy elsewhere as I have spent £180 of parents money and have no notice board to give the children information about their swimming .
