“Good price, straight forward purchase, quick installation ”

Another high street retailer could not guarantee taking away my old washing machine so I decided to buy from Glotech who could, and had competitive prices and good reviews. It was the right choice.
Straight forward, hassle free purchase & installation. I asked them to call me 30 mins before delivery and they did. Very friendly, efficient & helpful engineers.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I'm not sure delivery would have been so timely if I hadn't called them immediately to book it (they then advised me to call back a couple of days later when it would be in stock). This was recommended on another customer review and I'm glad I followed that advice. Actually I couldn't find any clear lead time info on their website so it could be worth calling to check before purchase.
The item came into stock a couple of days later than originally advised but that was ok for me as I wasn't in a hurry. Final delivery to installation wait was around 10 days.
One other improvement could have been the telephone manner of someone I spoke to on the morning of delivery when I was hoping to get a more accurate delivery time. They were pretty offhand. I spoke to someone else later in the day who was very helpful.
