“Great collection, doubtful service”

Bought a pair of Mammut Brecon GTX reputed boots at Go Outdoors Coatbridge. Advised by Go Outdoors as well. After 3 months the front of the sole gone and of course leaking. Send out to LSR via Go Outdoors and they came back with the comment that the boots were leaking (how surprising if the holes are visible). Go Outdoors did not want to replace them even though it was obvious that these boots were rubbish and normal walking ruined them. Whatever we argued and discussed no way they want to help. If it is their own brand it is easier but for such expensive boots the service is very questionable and doubtful
