I have used this company a few times and found them to be great with replies and also shipping. However I encountered one problem where I ordered a rucksack that was apparently in stock, every other company were out of stock. So I went ahead and made the purchase only to receive an email a few days after to casually state that my rucksack was not in stock and that it would be posted in about four weeks time when they receive it! .
