I' ve been there 9 o' clock, and there was this hilarious man, who was slower than my grandma...!! we waited 1 hour there, he was just talking italian andd laughing around with other italians..! we had rent the car for one day, so as u understand we were in a big hurry. We told this to him but he said he had to print some documents. Furthermore, we had to use a gps, and they just gave it to us, without any instructions, so we used the other half hour, into the traffic, trying to regulate it. When we came back, they just took the key and they didnt even goodnight us, so rude and inappropriate..... i suggest people reading this review, dont ever rent a car from this "company" cause they are gonna end up, writing dissapointing texts like me here
