“mother's day flowers - totally shocking. ”

Flowers from my son arrived at 4pm on mothers day from marks and spencer. They came in a box, the leaves on most of the flowers were wilting. The rose stems had two of the heads lying at the bottom of the box. The flowers on the stock were withered and there was no plant food included. Marks and spencer please look into this new way of delivering flowers the new no water way is just not working. I cannot bear to tell my son that his bouquet to me was just awful. He would be devastated and your company should be ashamed sending out flowers like that.
