“Wear and Tear”

Phoned WMS group when I had problems with rear suspension on my BMW 5 series. Was told to take it to local garage to be assessed and as expected received a phone call saying faulty part wasn't covered due to "wear and tear". They even had the cheek to recommend both sides of rear suspension be repaired at my expense when only one side was needed.
WMS seem to be experts at spending the owner of the cars money and not their own.
Cover not worth the paper it's written on and a total waste of £400 hard earned cash.
Also picked up mobile phone bill a couple of weeks later and I was charged £10 for the privilege of speaking to WMS Twice for a total of 6 minutes.
Every excuse is either,"part not covered" or as above "wear and tear".
Very disappointed they are complete bandits.
