While telephone staff in customer services are polite, the actual Company customer service is terrible. Provided claim details 6 weeks ago. They didnt take vets information as truth and asked for dogs complete history. Presumably this is to delay payment? Luckily my vet provided information same day. Still waiting six weeks later for payment although it has been agreed it is a valid claim.
Used this Company for Equine Insurance may years ago and now know why I stopped using them.
Their excuse for delay? They have been unindated with claims and they will be dealt with in order to be fair.Sorry not my problem, employ more staff. I was also told that this wouldnt happen again. How can they predict amount of claims in future?
Unless you can afford to wait for money already paid out into the £100/£1000s I would avoid at all costs.
Once paid, I will be looking to cancel my policy through the regulating authorities. If I could have left no stars I would but had to give one. Says it all
