“Confusing and time-consuming”

This process took a long time and was quite tedious, although ultimately successful. After purchasing the unlock code, I had to wait for a day or two for it to be emailed to me. The email included a link to instructions on how to use the code, however the instructions were poorly explained and didn't work. When I clicked on the 'support' link on the instruction page I was connected to the owners of that instructional website, which was a competitor of free unlocks; yes, their instructions link had directed me to someone else's site! The competitor told my me phone was hard locked and couldn't be unlocked. After I asked for my money back I was told I wasn't their customer (!). I did ultimately get help from free unlocks who explained how to use the code. The code worked so the phone is now unlocked, however the process was quite inconvenient. If the correct instructions had been provided in the beginning it would have been much faster and easier.
