“Autograph Borst Tulips”

My daughters sent these to me for Mother's Day paying £35. However a small bunch of different coloured tulips arrived. Good quality but half the amount of the advertised flowers. I have ordered roses for my mother they haven't turned up either on her birthday on 27th February or on Mother's Day 6th March. Dreadful service
