“Words cannot express how awful this company are ”

I ordered a £60 bunch of flowers from these clowns for Mother's Day . To date they have not arrived . They happily took £60 from me and failed to provide the service yet advertised . I have been sent an email telling me that due to the non delivery they are sending £ 5000 to the nspcc . Fisrstly how on earth can I even know if they are actually doing this . Secondly I just want a refund and donating to charity is no resolution to a customer who has effectively been robbed of hard earned cash .
Please please do one thing for me this year ... NEVER even consider buying from these clowns .

The only saving grace is that they weren't eventually delivered , since , from reading numerous other reviews it appears they send garden weeds wrapped in newspaper . My goodness this is a bad company should be banned
