“Poor Customer Service”

I ordered a Cherry mechanical keyboard. I was delighted with the price and the delivery arrangements. The order was received on-time. On unpacking, the box and the keyboard inside were damaged. This was when the fun began with Kikatek. I followed the procedure on the website for the return. As I still wanted the keyboard, I didn't want a refund I just wanted a replacement. I specifically asked Kikatek on four occasions to tell me how and when I would receive the replacement. On each occasion I was completely ignored and only returns information was given. I was really left with very little choice; the item was returned yesterday and I have had no further instructions on what will happen next. This could have been solved in one minute on the telephone but Kikatek does not have an external call number - everything is done inefficiently by email. Reading similar posts on multiple websites, I can now see that lack of a telephone number is an age-old problem for Kikatek. In summary, a good company if there are no problems with the goods but if there are, watch out!
