All that has been posted on here by others is true. I used the Sutton Coldfield branch. If you are renting from them they will try and cheat you out of some of your deposit at the end of your tenancy, no matter how clean and perfect you leave the building. So bear this in mind and take as many photo's as possible, both when you enter and when you leave.
