“Great e-commerce platform, helpful staff”

We have been with EKM for a few years now and our business is growing with them, it gives a great e-commerce platform and it gives me the opportunity to add all the different options to my products, which we were finding hard to get on other platforms, when I've had a problem it has been quickly resolved by customer support, it has eBay integration which was great for us as that was where our business originally was. They seem to be continually building the platform and offering more options as time goes by. I hope they continue to do this, so far we haven't come across anything that was really bad with them, there are still a few things that they could add that would make things better, but hopefully they will in the future and for now it is a great starting platform.
