“Ill informed and rude staff”

We attended store at Birmingham to purchase some birthday clothes for our 2 year old. We were particularly after a Hugo boss outfit. staff were rude to begin with telling us, literally, to go away and not disturb their chat. On further pursuing that outfit the rather ill informed staff supposedly checked online and couldn't find the product. It was blatant she was not even looking as the product was obviously there when we checked after getting home.

If they can not teach staff any manner or inform them of the products they are selling then they should look for an alternative profession as they are not doing too well at selling clothes.

As for the store, the once posh feel to it had has now disappeared and looks quite derelict with 'struggling to perform' look.

Unfortunately at this point I have nothing positive to add regarding our experience.
