“Long haul trip”

Booked a flight to New Zealand via Singapore and Melbourne. Dial a flight kept me up to date with all arrangements and booking in refs. I got courtesy calls in case I needed any help with anything. I was also given honest answers to questions regarding transfers. This is the third time I have booked with them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
