I would not recommend Mattressworld to anyone due to their unreliability. I ordered a mattress on Tuesday morning which qualified for the next day delivery. Was given no time slot except any time between 7am and 8pm. Had no contact at all the next day. Sent three emails on Thursday asking where my order was and when it would be delivered. I was annoyed as the money had been deducted from my bank account...eventually had an apology and was assured it would arrive some time on Friday. It did. I gave 2 stars ....1 for the friendly delivery man and another for the actual mattress which was lovely quality....but once bitten twice shy. I will stick to Argos in future as you can rely on them to deliver stuff when promised.
