“Mothers Day flowers 4pm!! & dying”

Receiving my rose and lily bouquet at 4pm on Morhers Day was hugely disappointing. Yes I know it's a busy day but mothers look forward to receiving their flowers ..... By 4 pm I'd totally lost interest. Especially since the 'no water' idea is ludicrous .... The roses look jaded .... Fully open but desperate for a drink with crinkled petals and drooping leaves. I can only imagine what M&S charged for this 'service'. How do you tell your son his Mother's Day gift was rubbish????? I think I shall go to my local store and ask for a refund.
