“Great Products and Service - Fast and Efficient”

I was looking for water softeners and water filters, I found the Capital Softeners website through a google search. Really liked the way it was clearly presented and the fact that it was a family business that prided itself on good service.

My initial call to set up appointment was really friendly and easy to set up.

The initial visit to inspect the property was not rushed and was very thorough, they listened to all my requests and needs. We discussed all the options - pros and cons. All costs were clearly explained. I really felt they they knew what I wanted. I quickly received a quote, which was exactly what we discussed.

The installation went really smoothly, because we had spent the time agreeing the spec and they brought everything they needed - so it was all done in one visit.

The work was done to a very high standard, everything was cleaned up, and everything was explained.

I am really happy with the installation of the Water softener and the Reverse osmosis filter. It was not cheap, but I chose the products with the longest guarantees, and best finish and specification - only want to do this once.

I am confident in my dealings that if there is a problem, they will help me sort it out.

Very pleased all around - will recommend with confidence.
