“AVOID AT ALL COST!”

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I sent in a perfectly working phone (I was using it up until the day it was sent in!) and their first quote was reasonable. Then when they received it they claimed it was broken so they would only pay £5. When I told them to return it as it was working when I sent it and I had other quotes online, they told me I had to pay £5 for delivery even though they did not evidence it was broken! Then I agreed to the payment and they had to be continuously chased, it took weeks to get my money. DO NOT USE AS THEY DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS FAIRLY & ARE DISHONEST ABOUT THE CONDITION OF YOUR PHONE. I am going to also report them to Trading Standards for unfair practices.
