“Mothers day card”

My son ordered me a card which arrived Thurs 03/03 I opened it to find it was to somebody else. Phoned up and she apologised and stated a replacement would arrive next day by 13.00hrs and I must wait in to sign.
This I did nothing arrived spent over40 mins on phone to be told I wouldn't be getting it as it is in a depot.
Ruined my weekend and mother day.
Absolutely appalled and disgusted. Wouldn't buy another thing from you and will ensure nobody else I know does.
