I placed an order with this company and afterwards read company reviews - several of which were pretty negative.

My transaction was straight forward, my order was delivered on time, the item I purchased was just as described and exactly what I wanted - and much cheaper that other places on line so I was very happy with it.

I did contact customer services as it was likely that I wouldn't be in at the time my parcel was going to be delivered. They replied very promptly and assured me that my parcel would be left with a neighbour.

I will definitely use this company again.
