“Delay with shipment, but received the item plus discount”

I order a Tom Ford USD 200 frame. Had to make several email exchanges with customer support, because the first shipment got returned to sender. Response time is about a day for each message, which is OK for me.
Finally got the item, all is original and perfect. Was offered a good discount for my additional waiting. So overall, i remain satisfied, would be more from them
