“Nuffield Cottingley - Disappointing”

Nuffield Cottingley could and should be an excellent gym. I would have to describe it as disappointing and its customer service as not good - 4 out of 10. After four years I decided not to renew my membership, mainly out of disappointment and frustration. Routine, basic maintainence seems to me somewhat neglected, work out machines not replaced when taken out of action, pool area could be cleaner, customer service difficult to get a response from, staff a little disinterested in customers (half of the time will not even glance up from reception desk, let alone say hello even). When this gym first opened it must have been outstanding and still could be. But despite the Nuffield brand and high prices it gives the impression as having seen better days. I am sorry to be so negative but feel disappointed in what should and could very easily be a first rate gym. I have found another gym and I would not recommend.
