Still chasing my order after faulty goods delivered. Like others have said, appalling customer service. Never received a call back after 7 calls despite being promised. Uses third party suppliers and then insists your contract is with them.
When second microwave was finally delivered, the guy refused to handover as we did not have the faulty one despite telling him it had already been collected. So no microwave, no callbacks, no refund. Won't give you a number in England to call and you are left dealing with a South African call centre who have no managers to speak to. Avoid at all costs.
They also don't allow you to review the service on their website and reject your review.
Avoid, avoid, avoid Asda and save yourself the stress.
