“The best service ever!”

In 40 years of mortgage, credits, loans, credit cards, this is the best service I have had from each and single member of staff at Carfinance247. Professional, they did everything and more for me to make this loan a memorable experience. Personal attention, excellent communication, answers to questions, reassurance, guidance, thorough explanation of all documents involved, liaising with dealership, even solving problems with a dealership when something went wrong with a van I bought and chose. Carfinance helped in terminating the contract, although it was my fault for having bought a "lemon". Carfinance guided me with my next purchase by recommending dealerships in my area and reliable sellers. Another suitable and reliable vehicle was found via the links I received, and with their kind and extremely professional attention, resolved in no time a situation which I could not have dealt with on my own. These people all without exception, know their job and do everything they can to make things so much easier. They have delivered more than they promised with their TV advert. I was agreeably surprised and remains in awe as to how much a company, especially nowadays, cares about their customers. I am a very critical and demanding customer, and I have not found the slightest critic against this company. I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WOULD HESITATE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN OTHER CREDIT COMPANIES. I perceived instinctively that I was being cared for with the first call I made. I was treated politely for being a customer and a person. CARFINANCE AND STAFF ARE EXCELLENT.
