After purchasing wood floor covering for a large area, the dept forgot to order the beading so had to pay the contractor up front for him to purchase himself, then they ordered the wrong colour for the little cloakroom after saying they hadn't, after that we were left with 4 packs we didn't need due to survey error. Went back to the shop to get a refund for the £200 payed to the contractor, then to be asked if we brought the remaining flooring with us, Er no they weigh a ton, then had the cheek to say no refund until we pick it up. Good old Gateshead flooring dept I applaud your customer service minus an apology from them.
