“Changed my life”

A fantastic app. I have been following it for 4 weeks and have lost 7lb already. It's easy to use and allows me to plan my diet and exercise for the day. Especially like the recipe maker as it allows me to accurately calculate the calories and fat content of my favourite recipes ensuring I have the correct potion size. Have recommended it to lots of my friends
