The tickets I purchased from Travelocity droped in less than 24 hrs so I tried to get the GUARANTEE that they state on their website . After being on hold for 1.5 hours I finally got a woman with broken english that directed me back to the website to fill out a refund application . The application blocks you from filling out some of the boxes which intern will not let you finish the process. Great scheme they have going on . I think I will look else where & look for another company to work with in the future. Expedia & Travelocity are the same company.
