“DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE”

I purchased $600 plus tickets to surprise my fiancé for his birthday to the Laker game on 2/19/16. We arrived at Staples Center to find out that our tickets are no good and we can't get in. We were lined up on the side of the venue with a group of other customers with tickets from Vividseats.com that couldn't get in either. The customer services rep that night could not help me and we had to go home in such a DISAPPOINTMENT. I had to fill out a claim form to try to get my money back. After I wrote a horrible review I received a call back and within 5 days I received my full refund without a fight! Thank god! I was offered a voucher towards a next purchase, but you can only imagine that I would NEVER trust this website again. I reccomend you take your business somewhere else also!!!!!
