Ordered a new bed, mattress and headboard at a cost of almost £500 for next day delivery. Next day a bed is delivered - the bed delivered was wrong and half the price of the bed ordered, missing the headboard and with a damaged drawer.
Customer services arranged for re-delivery of the correct bed and collection of the wrong one. Another delivery, another wrong bed.
Customer services again tried to resolve and the same again. 3 attempts and 10 days after supposed next day delivery we still do not have the correct bed ordered.
Having now wasted 3 days holiday entitlement at work I've had enough and have sent the 3rd incorrect bed back for a FULL and COMPLETE refund which could take an additional week to be refunded to me. I will never return to this company and suggest everybody else also AVOID ANY trade with them.
Now 16 days later with 3 incorrect deliveries and now failure to refund me as promised "before next Friday!" Absolutely disgusted!!
