“Quick and efficient”

Applied online, got a very competitive quotation with all the requirements needed. Completed the whole process online in minutes, set up payment details and had the policy sent to me within minutes of completing.
No claims details sent through by email and a courtesy call received to follow up on details to be sure I didn't want breakdown cover, not pushy, no pressure sales and very polite.
