well I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. I have a Buy to Let property, and unfortunately the letting agent swapped the energy supplier to the dreaded OVO. That is where it all went wrong. OVO decided to charge me a 'fee' for energy when the property was unoccupied, not a problem they all do that. so I paid the bill within the requested time, and low and behold I have debt collectors demanding I hadn't paid the said bill. They also got my home address mixed up with the rental address, and sent debt collectors bills to the tenants with my name on? I have explained the situation to both OVO and the debt collectors that the bill was paid, but nothing has changed, it is still going on after numerous phone calls. What a complete mess. I wouldn't recommend OVO to my worst enemy. they are nothing but a bunch of incompetent fools. I hope this helps in deciding which energy supplier NOT to use. Good luck
