I bought my wife a pair of earrings From the bridge end branch The diamonds have fallen out The same on each ear ring I've taken them back to the branch to see if I could exchange them As they are not a year old And the lady I spoke to didn't really want to know And said it's not a manufacturers fault It's down to wearing them in the bath or using make-up My wife takes of her jewellery off in the bath As you do not wear make up I honestly think this is disgusting Has out to to say with diamonds fallout each leaving And then not even a year old I would like you to sort this out I will be sending this along the forums on the Internet for advice and if you do not have met with a solution I will be seeing trade and standards and also the ombidman you can take them and test them for any make-up or water damage I am sure you will not be any if you do not sort this I will take them myself I have an exam and I sent you a report don't want to take it this far please just sort it out
