Sadly despite a fantastic hire experience with great customer service, excellent van etc. the frustrating deposit refund practice as outlined in previous reviews is continuing - same process... no funds appear on due date, hard to chase up and find out what's going on, then finally company responds and 'merchant services' is blamed for errors and it will take up to 7 days to investigate. Once I complained the money appeared within days ... minus some sort of admin fee :( Had to manage this all from Australia ... boo
