“Won't honour quotation”

On line quote 350, went to buy it day later and couldn't but said needs to phone, OK so phoned, price 650!!, told them I had quote at ,350 with reference number but lo n behold couldn't find it and told me to go online again, this time 450 with exact same details, on line chat unhelpful, phone chat unhelpful, so gave up and went elsewhere,
